Payment

Costumers can choose, while filling out the order procedures, to pay using the following methods:

• Paypal
• Credit card

The contract will be considered closed once the Costumer receives the acceptance confirmation by Sanseverino Napoli srl, without prejudice to the right of Sanseverino Napoli srl to demand the payments due, and to proceed with the shipment only after receiving payment, except when shipping with cash on delivery. In the event of non-execution of the order by Sanseverino Napoli Srl due to the unavailability of the products ordered by the Costumer, Sanseverino Napoli Srl will inform as soon as possible the Costumer, refunding any sums already payed by them for the supply not performed. The product prices on the website include taxes. If paying with credit card, Sanseverino Napoli Srl will charge the amount relating to the order only when sending its acceptance of the order. The fiscal documentation relating to the volumes ordered will be issued by Sanseverino Napoli Srl at the time of completion of the payment.

SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

With Sanseverino Napoli Srl you will receive your orders directly at home or in any other place you desire.

For national shipments the company uses DHLexpress courier, delivery in 2/3 working days with shipment tracking service.
For international shipments the company uses DHL express courier, delivery in 4/5 foreign working days.

SHIPPING TYPES:

Standard shipment: delivery usually occurs in 2/3 working days after purchase.
Cash on delivery shipment: delivery usually occurs in 4/5 working days, and payment of the item is made in cash directly to the courier.

How to proceed to shipment?

At the time of the payment information, billing information and shipment informations are requested. Please be careful when filling the form with your data, specifying correctly the delivery address and phone number. The courier will take care of delivering the products to the indicated address.

Important things to remember:

– Specify the address and the recipient’s name
– Specify phone number
– Pay attention to the possibility of a delivery notice left by the courier.

Right of withdrawal

The return policy of Sanseverino Napoli Srl allows, pursuant to thelegislative decree 206/2005, the Customer to return the purchased item without stating the reason, within 14 working days since the delivery of the Item, and to return the ordered volumes, provided they are in the same state in which the Customer has received them.

In accordance with the Article 5 of the Decree, the Customer (if they qualify as a “consumer” pursuant to the Article 1 letter b of the Decree) has the right to withdraw the contract and to return the ordered products, provided they are in the same state in which the Customer received them. This return can be carried out without any penalty or stating of the reason.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by e-mailing to customer@sanseverinonapoli.it

All the returns must be authorized by Sanseverino Napoli Srl. Once the authorization is received, the Costumer can send back the item to the following address:

The shipping fees will be entirely borne by the Customer, and cash on delivery packages will not be accepted.

Once the products are received and their integrity is verified, the company will start the refund procedure.

Sanseverino Napoli Srl will provide, as soon as possible and in accordance to terms and procedures provided for, in this regard, by the Article 5 paragraph 7 of the Decree, to credit the Costumer with the cost of the returned items, withholding, if necessary, the amount of shipping fees possibly not payed by the Customer, which will definitely be borne by the Customer. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer if the products are damaged.

RIGHT OF REFUND

The buyer will be refunded, as soon as possible and no later than within the 14 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, of the full amount paid, in its original packaging and with all its accessories, in compliance pursuant to the terms and procedures set out in Legislative Decree 21/2014 – in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights – which came into force on 14/6/2014.
